Students had a Blast at Sela's Israel Festival!

Sela's 4th Annual Israel Festival was a huge success!

We would like to thank all of the awesome Sela families, parent board members, teachers and coordinators for making this mock trip to Israel such an engaging event for our amazing students! Also, we would like to send a HUGE thank you to Ms. Ronit Blivis for being the lead coordinator for this event!

It was so wonderful to see our students boarding planes with their suitcases, so that they could "travel" and experience some of the cities of Israel. The students were speaking Hebrew while making pita bread, constructing aqueducts (similar to those in Caesarea) to water their plants, scuba diving in Eilat, building the tallest buildings of Tel Aviv while playing Jenga, testing the scientific properties of the salty Dead Sea, bowling down the snow covered mountain of the North, listening to the Bedouin folk tales inside a beautiful welcoming tent, along with many other engaging activities!

Please check out the pictures from our Israel Festival below!

(Thank you so much, Mr. Danladi Whitten, for taking these amazing photos!)
